Refund policy

Return

You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for covering the direct costs associated with the return. When returning the item, you are responsible for ensuring that it is properly packaged. You must include a copy of the order confirmation. The process will be faster if you also fill out and include our Withdrawal Form (email confirmation of the agreement to return your item).

You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.

We do not accept packages sent COD (Cash on Delivery).

Condition of the Item Upon Return

You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you may try out the item as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you may only receive part of or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt—after the return. To receive the full purchase amount, you must therefore test the item without actually putting it into use.

Refund

If you cancel your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you have paid to us.

In the event of a value impairment, which you are liable for, this amount will be deducted from the purchase price.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of returning it beforehand.
