Description of products
You will find detailed descriptions of all our products, including the products' most important properties, and recommended use on the Website.
The products are subject to applicable statutory and ongoing control by the Danish Food Authority.
Prices and offers
All prices on the Website are stated in Danish kroner and include VAT and any taxes.
All discounts are stated in relation to the stated guide prices. Offer valid for limited periods only or while stocks last. Unless specifically stated, multiple offers or discounts cannot be combined.
Reservations are made for out-of-stock products, printing errors, VAT and tax changes, as well as delivery delays and failures.
Adaily can change the prices at any time and without notice. However, for products purchased on subscription, price increases will not take effect until one (1) month after written notice.
Purchase
Payment methods
When you have completed an order on the Website, you will receive an order confirmation of your purchase via e-mail. The purchase is only final when you have received the order confirmation.
On the Website you can pay in the following ways:

There is no fee for payment on the Website, and the payment transaction takes place via an SSL encrypted connection. Payment for the order is only deducted when the products are dispatched. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be deducted.
Shipping and delivery
After confirmation of the order, your products will be sent by the selected shipping method to the specified address.
We deliver to addresses within the EU/EEA.
The expected delivery time from when you receive the order confirmation is 1-4 business days to addresses in Denmark (but not Greenland and the Faroe Islands), subject to errors with the freight supplier, which may extend the delivery time. Delivery time to addresses in other countries within the EU/EEA (as well as Greenland and the Faroe Islands) is 3-7 working days (however, longer delivery times may occur).
You are entitled to free shipping on purchases, minus any discounts, over DKK 599 incl. VAT to addresses in Denmark (but not Greenland and the Faroe Islands) and provided that you choose the shipping method in question.
For other orders, including orders to addresses outside Denmark, the shipping costs that appear in connection with placing your order apply.
You bear all costs for duties, taxes and charges (in addition to VAT) that may be imposed in connection with shipping to your address.
Unclaimed packages
If you do not manage to pick up your package in time, it will be sent back to Adaily in accordance with the freight supplier's deadlines applicable at all times. You can then choose to have it sent again or cancel your purchase.
Payment for return shipping to Adaily and renewed shipping to you is borne by you. Costs for return shipping are currently DKK 78 for packages up to 5 kg sent from an address in Denmark (not Greenland and the Faroe Islands). Costs for heavier packages and packages from other countries follow the freight supplier's current prices.
After the purchase
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop via the Website. No justification is required for your wish to cancel the purchase.
The deadline for the application of the right of withdrawal of 14 days is calculated from the day on which you have received the products. If the products are not delivered to you together, the right of withdrawal expires 14 days from the receipt of the last product ordered under the combined order. If it is a purchase of a subscription agreement, the deadline runs from the day you receive all products included in the first delivery.
If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, you can wait until the following weekday to exercise the right of withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement via our contact details below before the expiry of the deadline, for example via email at info@pharmasundnordiccom.onmicrosoft.com.
You can also choose to use the standard form below and send it to us in completed form. We will send you a receipt as soon as we have received your notice of use of the right of withdrawal.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
You lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on the products, which for reasons of health protection or hygiene are then not suitable for return, or if you return goods that are damaged.
There is no right of withdrawal for subscription orders or other purchases where we have formulated products, including vitamins and minerals, specifically for you, as these are manufactured to your specifications and for your particular needs.
Return using the right of withdrawal
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the products to us, starting from the day you informed us. We will refund the amount you paid for the products including shipping costs to your address and any fees once we have received the products or you have documented that the products have been returned to us.
We protect the environment and do not attach return labels. Return packages are sent directly to our address, and you must bear the costs associated with returning the products. You are liable if damage occurs during transport, and we recommend that you return the product in the same packaging as you received it.

You must send by delivery directly to the above address. We do not accept parcels delivered to parcel shops or collection points. Please put the order number on the package.
The condition of the product when you send it back
If the product has lost value and this is because you have broken the seal or otherwise handled the product beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the product, you can only get a part of the payment back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product. In certain cases, this may mean that you cannot get your payment refunded.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, the amount will be refunded to you, including delivery costs (but not extra costs as a result of your choosing a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer) without undue delay. We will refund the amount no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your decision to cancel the agreement, if we have received the product back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this is deducted from the amount.
We return the money to the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
Complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods. This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If the product is defective or defective and your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the product exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must advertise within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two (2) months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified and the product is returned, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. You must always use the cheapest possible shipping method, unless otherwise agreed with us. You must document your shipping costs to us so that we can refund your shipping costs.
Remember that the product must always be sent back in proper packaging.
To exercise your right to complain, you must first contact us, for example by phone or email, so that we can discuss the specific complaint. You must only send the product to us if we have agreed to do so. Send the products to:
