Product description
You can find detailed descriptions of all our products, including their main characteristics and recommended use, on the Website.
The products are subject to applicable legal and ongoing control by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration.
Prices and offers
All prices on the Website are stated in Danish kroner and include VAT and any duties.
All discounts are stated in relation to the indicated recommended prices. Offers are valid only for limited periods, or while stocks last. Unless specifically stated, multiple offers or discounts cannot be combined.
We reserve the right for sold-out products, typographical errors, VAT and duty changes, as well as delivery delays and failures.
Adaily may change prices at any time and without notice. For products purchased on subscription, however, price increases will not take effect until one (1) month after written notice thereof.
Purchase
Payment methods
Once you have completed an order on the Website, you will receive an order confirmation of your purchase via e-mail. The purchase is only final once you have received the order confirmation.
On the Website, you can pay in the following ways:

There is no fee for payment on the Website, and the payment transaction takes place via an SSL-encrypted connection. Payment for the order is only debited when the products are shipped. A larger amount than what you approved at the time of purchase can never be debited.
Shipping and delivery
After order confirmation, your products will be sent via the chosen shipping method to the specified address.
We deliver to addresses within the EU/EEA.
The expected delivery time from when you receive the order confirmation is 1-4 business days for addresses in Denmark (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands), subject to errors by the shipping provider, which may extend the delivery time. Delivery time to addresses in other countries within the EU/EEA (as well as Greenland and the Faroe Islands) is 3-7 business days (longer delivery times may occur).
You are entitled to free shipping for purchases, after any discounts, over DKK 599,- including VAT, for addresses in Denmark (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands) and provided that you choose the relevant shipping method.
For other orders, including orders to addresses outside Denmark, the shipping costs stated at the time of placing your order apply.
You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees (in addition to VAT) that may be imposed in connection with shipping to your address.
Uncollected packages
If you do not manage to pick up your package in time, it will be returned to Adaily in accordance with the shipping provider's applicable deadlines. You can then choose to have it sent to you again or cancel your purchase.
You are responsible for the payment of return shipping to Adaily and renewed shipping to you. The cost of return shipping is currently DKK 78 for packages up to 5 kg sent from an address in Denmark (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands). Costs for heavier packages and packages from other countries follow the shipping provider's current prices.
Special conditions for subscriptions
Subscription purchase
You can choose to purchase selected products as a subscription on the Website. This requires you to agree to ongoing card deductions at checkout. The subscription continues until it is terminated by you or by Adaily.
Subscription Information
Information about the price, delivery frequency, and terms of the individual subscription is clearly stated with the respective product. You will be asked to consent to subsequent payments before the subscription is activated.
Subscription Management
You can manage your subscription at any time via the link “View subscription” on our website. Once logged in, you will have access to your subscription overview, where you can:
- View details of your active subscription
- Change delivery address and payment method
- Adjust products, quantity, and delivery interval
- Expedite, postpone, or skip the next delivery
- Pause the subscription
- Cancel the subscription with one click
All changes take effect immediately and apply to future payments and deliveries.

There is no binding period. Cancellations and changes take effect from the next scheduled delivery. For packing and logistics purposes, cancellation must be made at least 14 days before your next scheduled shipping date.
Price changes
We may change subscription prices with 1 month's written notice. Any price changes will be clearly stated before the next renewal.
Shipping
Subscription orders follow our general shipping terms. Free shipping applies to subscriptions under the same conditions as other orders, cf. the terms and conditions.
Payment and renewals
For each renewal, an automatic card payment will be processed using the payment method you have registered. You are responsible for keeping card information updated. If the card expires or is rejected, you will receive an email with instructions to update the payment.
Failed payment
If a payment fails, the system will automatically attempt to debit the amount again up to 3 times with 1 day intervals. If it still fails, the subscription will be cancelled, and no goods will be dispatched. You will receive email notifications along the way. (This does not affect your statutory rights).
Right of withdrawal and complaints
The right of withdrawal and the right to complain for subscriptions follow our general terms. Please note that the seal must be unbroken for goods that, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return, cf. the terms and conditions.
After the purchase
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping via the Website. No reason is required for your wish to cancel the purchase.
The 14-day period for exercising the right of withdrawal starts from the day you received the products. If the products are not delivered to you together, the right of withdrawal expires 14 days from the receipt of the last product ordered under the total order. If it is a subscription agreement, the period runs from the day you receive all products covered by the first delivery.
If the deadline expires on a holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, you can wait until the following business day to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement via our contact information below before the deadline expires, for example by email at info@pharmasundnordiccom.onmicrosoft.com.
You may also choose to use the standard form below and send it to us in a completed state. We will send you an acknowledgment as soon as we have received your notification of the use of the right of withdrawal.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
You lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on products which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are then not suitable for return, or if you return damaged goods.
There is no right of withdrawal for subscription orders or other purchases where we have assembled products, including vitamins and minerals, specifically for you, as these are produced according to your specifications and for your special needs.
Returns when exercising the right of withdrawal
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the products to us, calculated from the day you informed us. We will refund the amount you paid for the products, including shipping costs to your address and any fees, once we have received the products or you have provided documentation that the products have been returned to us.
We care about the environment and do not include return labels. Return packages should be sent directly to our address, and you are responsible for the costs associated with returning the products. You are liable for any damage that occurs during transport, and we recommend that you return the product in the same packaging as you received it.

You must send with direct delivery to the above address. We do not accept packages delivered to parcel shops or pick-up points. Please include the order number on the package.
Condition of the product when you return it
If the product has lost value due to you breaking the seal or otherwise handling the product beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature and characteristics, you can only get a partial refund. The amount you can get back depends on the product's commercial value. In some cases, this may mean that you cannot be refunded your payment.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, the amount will be refunded to you, including delivery costs (but not extra costs due to your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer) without undue delay. We will refund the amount no later than 14 days from the day we received notice of your decision to withdraw from the agreement, provided we have received the product back. In case of a reduction in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the amount.
We will return the money to the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
Complaints
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases of goods. This means that you have a 24-month right to complain.
If the product is defective or faulty, and your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the product exchanged, get your money back, or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. If you complain within two (2) months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified and the product is returned, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. You should always use the cheapest possible shipping method, unless otherwise agreed with us. You must document your shipping costs to us so that we can reimburse them.
Remember that the product must always be returned in suitable packaging.
To exercise your right to complain, you must first contact us, for example by phone or email, so that we can discuss the specific complaint. You should only send the product to us if we have agreed to it. Send the products to:
